To place your order, please print out this form and complete. To order unmounted stamps, please place a "U" before the item number (example: C2719 becomes UC2719) AA stamps and Name-its are not available unmounted. If ordering the catalog alone the cost is 8.00 + 3.20 shipping and handling. For orders up to 100.00 shipping and handling is 5.00, over 100.00 is 5%.

Residents of Florida please add the appropriate sales tax for your specific county as each county has a different rate. If you do not know your rate, please email me with the name of your county and I will look it up.

At this time payment is accepted in the form of a money order or personal check. Enclose with this completed form your payment (US funds only, International ordering unavailable at this time) made out to Wanda Lanzetta and mail to:
